Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders! For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee of ₹49 may apply at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Since we are based in Kolkata, standard delivery within West Bengal takes 2 to 4 business days. For other metro cities and the rest of India, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days to deliver your package right to your doorstep.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you place an order, you will receive an instant confirmation email and SMS with your order details.
Our team will safely pack your items and dispatch them within 24 to 48 hours. As soon as the package is shipped, we will send you a tracking link so you can monitor its journey in real-time.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, absolutely! A digital tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is confirmed. A physical copy of the invoice will also be included inside your delivery package.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, or Wallets), your account is debited immediately upon successful transaction completion at our secure checkout. If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), you only pay when the delivery partner hands over your package.
What is wishlist?
Our Wishlist feature allows you to save your favorite t-shirts, sweatshirts, or pyjamas so you can easily find them later. You can add items to your Wishlist by clicking the heart icon on any product page, making it simple to buy them whenever you are ready!
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Don’t worry at all! We have a hassle-free replacement policy. Please take a photo or a small unboxing video of the damaged/wrong item and email us at support@cinewbbey.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9038259267 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order (like changing the size or delivery address) before it gets dispatched (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Please reach out to our support team as soon as possible to make any changes.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Package tracking allows you to see the real-time location and status of your shipment. Once your order leaves our Kolkata warehouse, you can track it directly through the “My Account” section on our website or via the tracking link sent to your email/SMS.
